Lintong Museum

Lintong Museum was built in 1979. In the museum there are Zhou and Qin art hall, Tang Buddhism art hall, Han and Tang art hall and a stone tablet gallery, collecting over 10,000 cultural relics ranging from Neolithic age to Ming and Qing Dynasty. The state –level precious relics housed in the museum include the earliest bronze ware in western Zhou dynasty, which is left by Emperor Wu in the battle against Emperor Zhou and the coffin for storing the sliver of Tathagata (extremely rare Buddhism relic)
