Weiyang Lake Recreation Center is situated in the north suburb 15 kilometers away from downtown Xi’an. It is a large-scale modern recreation center which integrates tourism, resort, leisure and recreation. It covers an area of 1,000 mu and a water area of 480 mu, boasting the largest man-made lake in northwest China. The center can be divided into 5 sections, culture square in the south, natural reserve in the east, water sports in the middle, sand beach in the north and amusement park in the west.
